As a company that places so much emphasis on personal touches and one-on-one relationships, it’s imperative that our staff members reflect this same passion and excellence. As such we put a lot of energy into training and briefing our team so that they can deliver a level of service that adds to the experience of your event.
All of our staff adhere to a strict behavioural code of conduct that includes no smoking and no cell phones whilst on duty. Our waiters are punctual, professional, courteous, well-groomed and always willing to go the extra mile.
We offer a range of different types of service staff, from barmen and waiters to front of house and scullery staff.
Our event coordinators will advise on the number of staff members required based on your function needs and are aware of the optimum ratio of waiters and barmen to the number of guests at a function to ensure the smooth running of your event.
